However when administering a new drug to the public shouldn’t they test to see if it is perfect for human consumption? This is where a court case comes in hand and when lawsuits are drawn up. You see if a company fails to live up to its standards that are set by the FDA, or if it hasn’t been FDA approved, you as a consumer are entitled to the full compensation available within the law, because of the distress and anger they may have caused.
